The standard Analog EMF reader you see nearly everyone use these days.  A nice solid unit with audible tone.

QTY: 1  KII  EMF Meter
An EMF meter that uses 5 led's as a visual reference to EMF level instead of the digital display or analog needle and tone. This meter is probably best known for it's appearance  on the TV show Ghost Hunters when Chris Flemming was a guest investigator.  Chris supposedly used this meter to "communicate" with a spirit by asking the spirit to activate the meter twice for "yes" and once for "no".

Why this "communication" would work any better with this EMF meter than with the others is beyond me,  since this meter seems to monitor the same frequency range as the others.   BUT, just in case... here it is.  :)

I did however,  add an on-off switch to it so that you don't have to hold the button to keep it turned on (right photo).  The fact that the lights flash when the unit is turned on, in much the same way as the "yes answers" in the now famous episode of Ghost Hunters, is reason enough to do away with the hold button switch.  It is too easy to accidentally lose switch contact when your thumb gets tired, thus causing the lights to flash in a "yes" fashion.  With that said,  one could also easily fake a yes response without an actual on-off switch present.  So we will only be using the meter with it turned on via the hard toggle switch to eliminate all doubt.

QTY:  4  Digital Audio Recorders
Olympus VN3100PC Digital Audio Recorders transfer audio to the PC via USB in .wav format.  These things ROCK.  The Mic gain is such that these recorders will pick up all kinds of things that a lot of others we tested won't.

Used so that we can see where the heck we are going. :)  Unlike a normal flashlight, these lights do not produce a "spot". They create a very smooth even light that cannot be interpreted as anything but good,  pure illumination.  They are also extremely durable and reliable.

QTY: 2  4-LED Headlamp Flashlight
These things are awesome because they are completely adjustable and leave your hands free to hold a camera, an emf meter or whatever else. Just as above, these lights do not produce a "spot". They create a very smooth even light that cannot be interpreted as anything but good,  pure illumination.  Extremely durable and reliable.

Used for checking floors and walls for level and true construction. Uneven floors and walls can easily give someone that "uneasy" or something is "off" feeling.
 

QTY: 2  Laser / Ultrasonic Measuring Tape
 

Used to instantly and easily measure room size and layout.  These dimensions are later used to create floor plans which are a helpful point of reference during later discussions and evidence review.

QTY: 1  Oregon Scientific Air Quality Monitor

Used to check air quality on location.  Poor quality air can easily make someone feel lightheaded, dizzy or even nauseas.

This unit has alerts for 'Sick Building Syndrome'. It has graphic icons that quickly display the air quality level. It shows indoor temperature and humidity. It also displays levels of harmful VOC's present in the environment.  VOC's are Volatile Organic Compounds and are created by an astonishing number of everyday house-hold items.  To name a few:  Aerosol Sprays, Moth Repellents, Cleansers, Furniture Polish and even Dry Cleaned Clothing create airborne VOC's.

Last but certainly not least, this unit gives off virtually no EMF so it won't hose up your EMF sweeps.
